摘要
高速加工是近年来迅速发展起来的一项先进制造技术,为了避免在高速加工中高曲率轮廓导致的工件过切和机床的异常振动,提出了一种实时的速度前瞻控制算法,通过采用NURBS样条曲线拟合,对离散加工路径的分析发现高曲率点,在速度变化敏感区确定最优化速度,并对加减速进行处理,实现了加工速度自适于加工路径的变化。
High speed machining is a advanced technology,which has a fast grow recent years. A novel real- time software control algorithm for look-ahead velocity control was proposed to avoid gouging and mechanical vibration caused by high curvature of toolpath in high speed roaching, the high curvature points were found through analyzing the toolpath by using NURBS curves, estimate the optimal velocities around the federate sensitive sharp corners and deal with the acceleration and deceleration,the velocity changing with the toolpath was achieved.
