摘要
自动化立体仓库是柔性制造系统的重要组成部分,研究和开发自动化立体仓库,对于推动柔性制造系统的发展和实用化进程具有重要意义。基于SL柔性制造教学实验系统,通过实施层次化的体系结构、模块化的功能单元和严格的接口协议,以及建立并行多任务机制,构建柔性制造系统的自动化立体仓库。通过应用表明,文中所构建的自动化立体仓库能够满足柔性制造系统的实用化要求。
The automatic three-dimensional storage and retrieval system is very important for the development and practicability of FM S.A automatic three-dimensional storage and retrieval system for FM S is developed, which has layering architecture,modual functional units and strict interface protocols.The parallet multi-task is also investigated.The example that the developed automatic three-dimesional stoageand retrieval system is applied to FM S shows that the automatic three-dimensional storage and retrieval system suits FM S.
