摘要
采用专用双轴精镗头拉动镗杆镗削、固定三层导向,利用升降工作台实现工件让刀,利用固定在夹具上盖的定位销定位,主轴定位,一根镗杆加工多层孔等方法,设计卧式单面精镗床,保证同组孔同轴度达0.015,两组孔间平行度达0.02,对定位销孔的位置度:±0.015。
Adopt special biaxial fine boring head pull boring bar and boring, fixed three-Oriented, lift table to achieve cutter back-off of the work piece, the pin which fixed on the clamp cover for location, spindle positioning, one boring bar processing multi-hole methods, etc. to design single-precision horizontal boring machine. Make sure that the proper alignment of the same group holes reaches toφ0.015, parallelism between two groups of holes reaches to 0.02, position of the machining holes to the pin hole reaches to ±0.015.
