用宏程序解决切断或切槽对刀具工作角度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用切断刀对被加工工件切断或切槽是生产中应用最广泛的加工方法之一,但在切削过程中横向进给运动的影响使刀具工作后角减小,加剧了刀具后刀面与加工表面之间的摩擦,从而会导致工件被挤断,刀具易折断。通过对切断加工过程的分析,建立了进给量随加工直径变化的数学模型,通过调用宏程序变量的方法,实现了刀具工作后角恒定,从而在数控切断、切槽加工中解决了这一难题。 It is one of the most widely used methods to groove and disconnect the workplece wltn tne curtal, but in the process of cutting the movement of the cross-feed can reduce the working orthogonal clearance, which increases the friction between the tool flank of the cutting tool and the machined surface,and hence results in the break of the workpiece and the working tool. This paper, based on an analysis of the process of grooving the workpiece, sets up a mathematics model for the feed engagement, which varies with the change of the diameter of the workpiece; and by transferring the variables of the macro program, achieves the stability of the working orthogonal clearance of the cutter, so that we work out a solution to the above mentioned problem coming along with the grooving and disconnecting the workpiece.
