铝合金激光焊接焊缝元素分布的研究 被引量:1

Study on elements distribution in weld seam of laser welding of aluminum alloys

摘要 为了研究增材在焊缝中的分布规律,在纯铝板上进行激光填粉焊接试验。焊接时通过预置粉末向焊缝中加入硅粉、铜粉,采用电子探针分析焊缝横截面微区硅、铜的含量。实验结果表明,在熔池流动作用下焊缝成分分布呈不均匀状况,焊缝上部不均匀性更为显著,在中心线两侧出现两个高浓度区。 Laser welding adding Si powder and Cu powder was carried out on the Al plates respectively to investigate the adding element distribution characteristic in the weld.Electronic Probe Microanalyzer is used to analyze the section of the seams,so that to make out the distribution of elements in the seams.The distribution of seam composition is heterogeneous under the affluence of the flow in the pool.The non-uniformity of the upper seam is more obvious, both sides away from the center line there are two high concentration areas.
