摘要
单炬双丝高速埋弧焊是一种熔敷速率高、焊接速度快、热输入低的焊接方法。为了满足工业生产对焊接质量和生产效率的要求,采用单炬双丝高速埋弧焊。将功能相同的具有模块式结构的焊接电源通过积木式方式组合起来,以达到不同功率的输出需求,并对执行机构进行改进,满足埋弧焊生产需求。通过实验观察与速度测试,过程稳定,焊缝成形均匀且美观,焊速可达1.5m/min甚至更高。由于其高的热效应和熔敷率以及焊接速度,使得母材因加热时间短而变形小,焊接质量好。
Single power source twin-wire high-speed submerged arc welding process is a high deposition rate,high welding speed and low heat input welding method.To meet the requirement based on the welding quality and productive efficiency during the industrial production ,it can be used about this welding method.Through banding the modular power sources which have the similar function together with building-block method,and improving the actuating mechanism,the set can export different power to meet the demand about the SAW.By observing the experimental process and testing the welding speed,the welding process is stable,the appearance uniform is beautiful,and the speed can up to 1.5 m/min and even higher.
