摘要
针对小口径直管内壁堆焊的结构特点,提出了工件旋转、焊枪横向移动机械传动方案,设计了基于PLC控制的明弧自动堆焊控制系统。适用于φ50～φ300mm直管内壁的自动堆焊,能实现TIG填丝焊、CO2药芯焊丝自动堆焊。实践证明,系统可靠,操作简单,堆焊性良好,目前已实现商品化。
This paper introduces the control system for the automatic surfacing welding which is used for internal wall of small diameter tube.Now, this type welding machine already has been realized the commercialization and has made the good progress in the practical application.
