A research on self-organization mechanism of R&D personnel's creative thinking

摘要 引入自组织理论,深入探讨了研发人员在决策过程中的创造性思维特点与发生机理。并进一步揭示,在创造性思维自组织演化过程中,内隐认知与元认知作为系统的"序参量"发挥着主导作用。内隐认知在竞争和协同的作用下推动思维系统走向混沌边缘。元认知则对系统的有序化演进有明显的调控作用。而关键性启发信息则是系统的混沌吸引子,导致思维的顿悟。对系统自组织演进的主导因素进行培训和调控,有利于提高创造性思维的活力与决策能力。 In this paper, self- organization theory is introduced to discuss characteristics and mechanism of R&D personnel' s creative thinking in decision- making process, which revealed that implicit cognition and meta- cognition as order parameters of systems are playing the leading roles in self - organization evolution process of creative thinking. Competition and coordination of implicit cognitions promote thinking system to the edge of chaos. While meta- cognition can effectively control the evolution of systems. Key heuristic information is chaotic attractor, leading to the insight of thinking. Training and regulation for the above factors will help improve the vitality and decision - making ability of creative thinking.
