摘要
三种不同生态型大米草(SpartinaanglicaHubbard)无论在对照还是在温度胁迫下,其5叶期植株叶片内MDH和POD同工酶存在一定的差异。L型和E型的大米草在温度胁迫下,同工酶的变化趋同而有利与P型,且L型和E型大米革的同工酶的变化与其为抗寒生态型的特性相吻合,P型的同工酶变化与其为耐高温生态型的特性相一致,而对于盐胁迫L型和P型大米草的叶片POD同工酶发达趋同,在水淹胁迫下三种生态型大米草5叶期植株叶片内POD同工酶的变化无显著差异,认为三种生态型大米草的遗传结构存在一定的差异,且其差异表现在调节基因上,结构基因则保持一致。
The marked difference in the spectral pattern of iszymes MDH and POD of 3 eco- types of Spartina anglica Hubbard with untreated controls and temperature stressees are ob- served. The change of isozyme patterns in ecotype L and ecotype E tended to be identical .and distinguishable from ecotype P under temperature stresses, which coincided with cold-tolerant characteristics of ecotype L and ecotype E, while the change of isozyme patterns in ecotype P suggested its characteristics of heat tolerance. Similar changes are shown in the patterns of POD isozymes between ecotype L and ecotype P with NaCl stress, differing from that of ecotype E. No significant differences are observed in the patterns of POD isozymes among 3 ecotypes treat- ed with immersion. The study suggested that the differentiation of 3 ecotypes based physically on the differentiation of regulator genes with the same structural genes.
