摘要
对用离子交换法从等电母液中提取谷氨酸所用的几种大孔氨型树脂进行筛选,测定了不同条件下树脂的交换容量和一定条件下的交换速率,选出性能较好的D61型树脂,用最小二乘法算出其在低浓度下相平衡的吸附等温线方程。
Several macroporous ammoniacal resins are studied and compared, which are used to recover Glutamic Acid From isoelectric point crystallized mother liquor by ion-exchange method. D61 is chosen to be a comparatively suitable resin according to the volumetric exchange capacity of resin under different conditions as well as exchange rate under certain conditions. lts equation of adsorption isotherm curve in low concentration feed at 293K is deduced by least square method.
