摘要
本文以广东省的实践与理论研究为例,回顾了我国民办教育发展与思想解放的五个阶段,并由此指出,未来我国民办教育要取得更大发展,必须再来一次思想大解放,要落实《民办教育促进法》已经确认的民办教育是"社会主义教育事业"、是"社会的公益性事业"这一政治与法律地位,并制订相应的配套政策,保障民办学校应有的"同等法律地位"的国民待遇。
Taking Guangdong province's practice and theory research as example, the paper reviews five stages of our nongovernmental education development and emancipating the mind. It points out in order to achieve much development, nongovernmental education must experience emancipating the mind again; and it also needs to implement the political and legal status of "non-governmental education is socialist educational cause and social public welfare work" confirmed by "non-governmental education promotion law", to make corresponding supporting policy, and to guarantee non-governmental school's same legal status.
