摘要
教师发展涉及智能系统问题但更关乎动力系统问题。智能系统由理论性知识和实践性知识为要素构成,动力系统由职业地位、管理制度和价值观为要素构成。由动力系统调控并输出的职业精神为智能系统提供驱动力,在驱动力作用下,理论性知识和实践性知识相互作用,使两方面知识得以发展。我国教师发展动力系统存在的问题已比较突出,改善教师发展动力系统的根本措施是体制和制度改革。
Teacher development is more a motivation problem than an intelligent problem. Intelligent system composes of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge; while motivation system consists of professional status, management system and values. Professional spirit controlled and output by motivation system provides driving force for the development of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge; Under the action of such driving force, the interaction of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge promotes each other's development. There exists outstanding problem in motivation system of teacher development in China. The basic measure to improve motivation system of teacher develpment is system reform.
