摘要
"80后"初中教师的自我身份认同主要包括他们对专业身份的认同和对"80后"群体的认同。通过问卷调查与访谈,本文归纳了"80后"初中教师在自我身份认同方面所具有的特征,揭示了其在角色外赋与自我认同的矛盾中做出的调整与选择。
The self-identity of "post-80 generation" middle school teachers mainly includes professional identity and the identity of "post-80 generation". Based on questionnaire and interviews, the paper summarizes "post-80 generation" middle school teachers' characteristics of self-identity that show their adjustments and choices in contradiction between external social role and internal selfidentity.
