摘要
基础教育新课程改革是时代的需要,但在现实中它并不是一帆风顺的。从博弈论角度来看,由于个人理性与集体理性的背离,课程改革呈现出一种"囚徒困境"的博弈。要走出这种困境,必须提高各博弈主体的理性水平,建立选择性激励制度。
The new curriculum reform of elementary education is the need of times, while it is not plain sailing in practice. From the perspective of game theory, the curriculum reform presents a prisoners' dilemma game because individual rationality deviates from collective rationality. To go out this kind of game, we must enhance game subject's rationality and establish the selective incentive system.
