Open"the Veil of Ignorance"to Promote Teaching Justice

摘要 教学公正需要我们在教学中适当地分配教学资源,促成学生个体的发展,教学公正的实现应建立在对每位学生的全面了解和充分把握之上。在现实教学活动中,罗尔斯所提出的"无知之幕"遮蔽了学生间需要的差异,阻碍了教学公正的实现。面对需求与个性各异的学生个体,教学要打开"无知之幕",在对学生个体真正"有知"的基础上顾及到学生间需求的差异,实现教学过程的差异互动,使每位学生都能通过教学获得自身应有的发展。 Teaching justice means to provide students with appropriate teaching resources to realize students' individual development in teaching process. The realization of teaching justice should be based on the comprehensive understanding of each student and should take full advantage of each student. "The veil of ignorance" is premise of of Rawls' justice principle. In teaching activity, the existence of "the veil of ignorance" obscures demand differences among students and hinders the realization of teaching justice. Facing students' different demands and personalities, teaching must open the "the veil of ignorance". Based on real understanding of students and considering personality differences of students, teaching can properly distribute teaching resources and realize difference interaction of teaching process to make each student gain proper development through teaching.
