庇山煤矿注浆堵水方案的调整与实践

Adjustment and Practice on the Plan of Blocking Water by Grouting in Bishan Coal Mine

对庇山矿31采区突水的水源、导水通道及突水机理进行了分析,制订了初步堵水方案并予以实施,但未达到预期效果。在分析初期注浆堵水失败原因的基础上,对注浆堵水方案及时进行了调整,通过合理布置钻孔,保证了堵水工程的成功,快速、有效地治理了矿井水患。

Analysed the water source, water flowing channel, and water inrush mechanism in 31 mining district of Bishan Coal Mine, worked out preparatory water blocking project and had put in practice,but had not achieved prospective effect. Based on failure causation analysis on initial grouting and blocking water method, the grouting and blocking water method was adjusted in time, meanwhile the arrangement of drillholes was coordinated reasonably. All this ensured the success of the project,controlled mine water disaster effectively.
