米力农联合氯沙坦治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的临床观察

Therapeutic Effects of Milrinone and Losartan in Chronic Heart Failure due to Chronic Cor Disease

目的观察米力农联合氯沙坦治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的疗效。方法随机将64例COPD导致的慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用米力农静滴以及口服氯沙坦治疗,对照组则在常规治疗基础上,予以地高辛以及呋塞米口服作强心、利尿治疗。结果治疗组有效率90.6%,平均起效天数为6.6 d,对照组有效率为62.5%,平均起效天数为9.2d。治疗组无严重的不良反应,对照组则较为集中出现电解质紊乱、肾功能异常以及室性心律失常。结论米力农联合氯沙坦治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭较传统治疗更为有效、安全。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of milrinone and losartan in chronic hean failure due to chronic cor disease.Methods 64 cases were randomly divided into treated group（n=32）and control group（n=32）.Based on conventional therapy for both two groups,Milrinone iv gtt and losartan p.o.were used in the treated gooup,tnen in the control group Digoxin and lasix p.o.were used.The therapeutic course was 10-14 days for two groups.Results The clinic effective rate of the treated group is 90.6%,mean effective time is 6.6 days,and the clinic effective rate of tne controf group is 62.5%,mean effective time is 9.2 days.Between the two group,the arterial blood gas and pulmonary arteriaI pressure were improved significantly in the treated group.The side effects were not serious in the treated group.Conclusion The treatment with Milrinone and losartan is more effective and sater in chronic cor disease.
