择业理性是一种经济理性、有限理性和道德理性。经济理性是择业的内在动力,有限理性是择业引导的基础,道德理性是择业的外在条件。在理性分析的基础上,积极促进青年大学生进行理性择业。

The rationality of choosing jobs is an economic, limited and ethical rationality. Economic rationality is the internal driving force of occupation choosing; limited rationality is the basis of its guidance; moral rationality is its external conditions. On the basis of rational analysis, this paper actively promotes young college students to hunt jobs in a rational manner.
