关于进一步提高高等教育质量的调研分析——以天津高职高专教育质量为例

An Investigation Report on Improving the Quality of Higher Education Further——Based on higher vocational education in Tianjin

天津高等教育毛入学率达到55%,迈入了高等教育普及化的门槛。天津高等教育质量如何,特别是高职高专教育质量如何,薄弱环节在哪儿,采取什么措施能够得到有效提高,实行什么政策等问题,一直受到广泛关注。围绕这些问题进行问卷调查,分析了天津高职高专教育存在的问题,提出了解决问题的对策建议。

Tianjin municipal party committee and government pay much attention to Tianjin higher education which has got to the stage of popularity and its gross enrollment rate was 55% in 2007. This paper uses a questionnaire conducted by the author to introduce the present situation of Tianjin higher education. Then, the problems in Tianjin higher education is pointed out and analyzed. Finally, The countermeasures and methods of improving the quality of Tianjin higher education are proposed in this paper.
