摘要
采用改进高温固相法合成了掺杂Eu3+和Dy3+作为共激活离子的红色长余辉磷光体,详细阐述了Eu3+、Dy3+对CaTiO3:Pr3+红色磷光体发光性能的影响。通过X-射线衍射仪和电子扫描显微镜对所得样品的晶相类型及表面形态进行了表征,结果发现,在一定灼烧温度下,Eu3+或/和Dy3+对晶相的作用是协同的,且Eu3+或/和Dy3+对CaTiO3:Pr3+红色磷光体的粒径也有影响。室温条件下采用荧光/磷光发光光度计对其发光性能进行测定,结果表明,一定量的Eu3+或/和Dy3+能显著改善CaTiO3:Pr3+红色磷光体的发光性能。
Using Eu^3+ or/and Dy^3+ as dopants, red phosphors were synthesized by modified solid-state reaction at higt temperature. In the paper,the .effects of Eu^3+ and Dy^3+ on the luminescence properties of CaTiO3 : Pr^3+ were discussed in detail. The crystalline phase and surface morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. It was shown that though Eu^3+ or/and Dy^3+ didn't have influence on the crystalline phase of red phosphor CaTiO3 : Pr^3+ , they had influence on its particle size at certain sinterring temperature. And the luminescence properties of samples had been evaluated at room temperature by luminescence spectrometer. It was proved that luminescence properties of red phosphor CaTiO3 :Pr^3+ could be improved at certain contents of Eu^3+ or/and Dy^3+.
