摘要
采用混凝-蒸发-Fenton(Fe2++H2O2)试剂氧化的复合方法处理山梨酸废水。考察了pH值、H2O2浓度、Fe2+浓度、反应时间、反应温度对CODCr去除率的影响。结果表明,当反应时间为90 min、反应温度为90℃、pH值为3.0、Fe2+浓度为0.05 mol.L-1、H2O2浓度为0.25 mol.L-1时,CODCr去除率可达93.5%。
The treatment of sorbic acid wastewater by a composite method with coagulation,evaporation and Fenton reagent (Fe^2+ + H2O2 ) oxidation was studied, and the effects of pH value, H2O2 concentration, Fe^2+ concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time were discussed. The result showed that when reaction time was 90 min,reaction temperature was 90℃, pH value was 3.0, H2O2 concentration was 0.25 mol · L^-1 ,Fe^2+ concentration was 0.05 mol · L^-1 , the removal rate of CODcr could reach 93.5%.
