Regulative Methods to Bad Emotion of Masses in Police Masses Work

针对公安群众工作中群众经常出现的不良情绪,如何运用科学的方法和技巧,有效地调控当事人的不良情绪,求得群众的谅解、认同,从而赢得群众的理解和支持,是新形势下公安群众工作的一个重要课题。文章主要从引导重建认知、培养共情能力、掌握倾听技巧、暂时转移注意等四个方面就上述问题进行研究和探讨,旨在为构建和谐警民关系提供一些方法和思路。

In the face of current bad emotions of masses occurred in police work, it is an important issue for police masses work to regulate client＇ s bad emotion effectively, get understanding and recognition of masses, and get supports from them further with scientific methods and technics. The author studied and discussed it from 4 aspects of guiding the reconstruction of cognition, cultivating ability of sympthy, grasping technics on listening and transferring the attention temporarily so as to provide some methods and thinking for building harmonious relation between police and masses.
