On the Level Mode of the Investigation and Prevention of the Cyber Crime

网络犯罪越来越危及到国家与社会的安全,在侦防模式上也要不断升级,由传统侦测模式向ISP协助模式、网络监听模式和国际合作模式转变,实现网络社会的和谐与安全。

Cyber crime has increasingly threatened state and social security. The mode of investigation and prevention should also be upgraded from traditional detection mode to ISP assistant mode ,cyber monitoring mode and international cooperation mode so as to achieve net security and social harmony.
