网络诈骗犯罪是计算机网络技术不断发展与运用中的"负产品",从犯罪学的研究角度来看,它与传统诈骗犯罪相比在特点、产生的原因及防范方面有其特殊性。
Cyber swindling is negative products resulted from the developing computer and network technology and its application. From the point of criminology, it is more special than traditional swindling on the characters, causes and prevention aspects.
