警察培训科学的实施程序可分为三个阶段:警察培训需求分析阶段、警察培训设计与实施阶段、警察培训后管理阶段。警察培训后管理阶段即警察培训的效果分析阶段,主要包括警察培训后成果的转化、警察培训评估、警察职业生涯管理、警察培训后的风险防范等。
Application procedures on police training science can be divided 3 phases：need analysis phase of police training, design and application phase of police training and administration phase after the police training. Administration phase after the police training means effectiveness analysis phase of police training,which mainly includes the transformation of outcome after the police training,evaluation of police training, professional career management of police, risks prevention after the police training and so on.
