This paper makes an investigation into the internal and external irre-versibilities of the turbojet enginc, and goes on to derive such paramcters for the innerlyreversiblc and innerly irreversible turbojet engines as the maximum spectific thrust, themaximum specific power, the minimum fuel consumption, the optimal thermal efficiency,and the optimal total efficiency.
