完善权力制约机制解决腐败问题,能加快构建和谐社会的进程。从构建和谐社会之思想溯源中,从中、西方古代对君权、臣权的制约理论及制度设置的探讨中,我们可以借鉴其权力制约理论,加快和谐社会的构建。

To perfect the mechanism of restraining power and solve the problem of corruption can accelerate the progress of constructing harmonious society. We could draw lessons from the theory of restraining power in the thought origins of constructing harmonious society, and in the discussion of theories and constitutions which restrain the monarchical power and the ministerial power in ancient China and the West, so as to speed up the construction of harmonious society.
