摘要 MIT是一种测量油套管微小变化、检测套管内壁腐蚀的仪器,与之配套的软件系统分为数据处理、解释、成像三部分软件。在对MIT解释软件MITpro中的模态线分析详细剖析的基础上,提出了利用最小二乘多项式拟合计算实际无损伤内径的方法,其计算结果与MITpro软件计算的模态内径基本吻合,并得到套管重量损失和面积损失的计算方法。在此基础上利用WATCH生产测井解释平台对MIT资料的解释方法进行了改进研究,通过实际井资料对比处理取得了良好效果。 MIT(Multi-finger Imaging Tool) is a tool for detecting trifle deviation and inner corrosion of the case and tube.MIT evaluation system is divided into data processing,interpretation and imaging software.Based on the processing of MIT data,a detailed analysis is carried out for modal line analysis and modal ID in the interpretation software of MIT evaluation system,and a new method based on least square polynomial fitting is proposed to calculate actual diameter without damage.The result shows that the actual diameter is consistent with modal ID calculated with MIT interpretation software.Meanwhile,area loss and weight loss of the case can be calculated by using actual diameter.The method is improved by using WATCH production logging platform,and good result is achieved by processing of MIT data.
