国内侦查思维研究综述

Review on Domestic Investigation Thinking Research

近几年来,学界对侦查思维的研究逐步深入,并取得了一定的成果。这些研究主要是围绕以下几点进行的:一是侦查思维方式的类型,包括逻辑思维、形象思维、灵感思维和直觉思维以及其特点和功能;二是侦查思维方式的转变,即传统的侦查思维已经不能适应社会的发展和侦查实践,需要向创造性、开放性、多样性、动态性方向发展;三是侦查思维的优化,即在具备了主客观条件的基础上,找到侦查思维优化的方法。

The researches about investigation thinking in domestic are： the types of investigation are logical thinking, image thinking, inspiration thinking and intuition, the characteristics and function about them; the transformation of investigation thinking models： traditional investigation are not adapt to social development and investigation practice, and it should develop toward creativity, openness, diversity and dynamics; optimization of investigation thinking, which is to fred investigation thinking optimization methods on the base of subjective and objective conditions.
