心脏收缩调节器治疗顽固性心力衰竭 被引量:10

摘要 目前应用心脏收缩调节(CCM)器治疗顽固性心力衰竭(简称心衰)患者小规模的临床试验已显示疗效。临床上CCM信号通过类似于心脏起搏器的装置传到心脏,并经起搏电极与心脏联接,植入过程类似于双腔起搏器。研究表明对心衰的动物及患者长期应用CCM,在细胞和分子水平改善其左室整体功能,逆转心室重构,导致心肌细胞内肌浆网钙离子循环改善,进而提高其收缩性能。CCM治疗不仅安全,而且能显著提高合并左室收缩功能不良的心衰患者的运动耐量和生活质量。但其疗效仍需大规模临床试验证实。
