摘要
不同的心力衰竭患者其心脏收缩延迟的部位常存在差别,行心脏再同步化治疗时,目前普遍认为左室电极植入侧壁或后壁更有利于血流动力学的改善和左室重构。但仍强调根据心脏超声结果个体化选择植入部位。影响左室电极导线植入位置的因素,除了患者自身的血管条件外,与术者的技术、膈神经刺激、瘢痕组织有关。
