摘要
频率源作为测控系统的重要组成部分,其短期频率稳定度(短稳)指标是影响测控系统测量精度的重要因素之一。以往系统中应用的频率源的稳定度已不能满足现代测控系统的要求。设计了超高稳频率源,并对其稳定度进行了详细仿真分析,该频率源采用高速鉴相器与超高稳压控恒温晶体振荡器(VCOCXO)组成的精密锁相环路实现,具有低相噪、高稳定度、高可靠性等特点。经测试,超高稳频率源短稳小于1×10-11/20m s,满足系统应用的要求。
The frequency source is an important part of TT&C system, and its short-term frequency stability target becomes one of the important factors which affect the accuracy of TT&C system. The stability of the frequency source applied in the previous system does not meet the requirement of modern TT&C system. Super-high stability frequency source is designed and a particular simulation analysis of stability is done. It is realized by using a precise phase-locked loop consisting of the high speed phase detector and the super-high stability VCOCXO, and it is characterized by low phase noise, high stability, high reliability, etc. The test shows that the short-term stability of the super-high stability frequency source is less than 1 ×10^-11/20ms and it can meet the requirement of system application.
