摘要
设计了一种基于光电传感器,并用于新型锥板式血液粘度仪中的齿盘转速测量系统。本系统主要是利用光电传感器的开关特性,采集输出的脉冲信号,通过测量相邻脉冲的脉宽差值获得齿盘在取消了电磁驱动之后的瞬时衰减角加速度。根据此系统测得的角加速度便可得到血液样品在不同转速下对锥板系统的阻力矩,再由阻力矩便可进一步计算出血液粘度值。运用Matlab处理采集到的数据,实验结果表明系统可用于转速测量。
This is a rotational speed detection system in the new cone-plate viscosimeter based on photoelectric sensor. The system mostly uses the switching characteristic of photoelectric sensor. It acquires the output pulse signal from the photoelectric sensor, and tests the neighborhood signal pulse width difference to get the instantaneous attenuating angular acceleration after canceling electromagnetism actuation. With the angular acceleration, resistance moment of blood in different speed can be got, then the blood viscosity can be counted. Matlab software is used to process the acquired data,experiment results show that the system can be used to test the speed.
