摘要
本文通过对视频监控技术、3G技术、固网有线视频监控技术的分析,给出了基于3G和固网的融合视频解决方案,并对系统中的关键业务流程、用户定位和趋势进行了论述。
The thesis provides video solutions based on integration of 3G and wire-networks via the analysis of video surveillance technology, 3G technology and wire video surveillance technology. And, the thesis discusses the key operation flow, user orientation and trends in the system.
