天癸状态论

State Theory of Tiangui

天癸的确切内涵一直是中医学中的一个争论点。笔者客观批判了历代医家的论述，认为他们都在论述中或多或少犯了错误。通过论证天癸研究中实体论的谬误，并回归中医原本思维，结合《内经》原文，指出天癸是人体具备生殖功能及相关功能而出现的相应生理生命现象的一种综合状态。同时强调天癸并非只与生殖相关。天癸状态论将从根本上改变中医天癸的研究现状，并对中医其他方面的研究将起到一定的启迪作用。

The exact connotation of Tiangui is an argument in Traditional Chinese Medicine all the time.The author objectively critisizes the expound created by doctors of past ages, and points out that they made mistakes more or less.By demonstrating the errors in the substantialism study of Tiangui, returning to the original thought of TCM and combining the original texts in Internal Classic, the author points out that Tiangni is a synthetic state which has reproductive function and some other correlated functions with a series physiological and vital phenomena.At the same time, the author emphasizes Tiangni is not only related with reproduction.The state theory of Tiangui will change the current situation of Tiangui research and will play an enlightening role in other aspects of TCM research.
