上皮性卵巢癌中PTEN蛋白的表达及临床意义

目的探讨PTEN表达与上皮性卵巢癌发生、发展及预后评价的意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤48例、良性15例、正常卵巢20例中PTEN的表达情况。结果PTEN在正常组织、良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤、恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达分别为90．0％、80．0％和48．28％。后者的阳性率明显低于于前两者（P〈0．01）。结论PTEN在上皮性卵巢癌中表达，表达水平越高提示预后越差。

Objective To investigate expression of PTEN protein in ovarian epithelial tumors and it s clinical significance. Methods Test malignant ovarian epithelial tumors tissues of 48cases, benign ovarian epithelial tumors tissues of 15 cases and normal ovarian tissue of 20 cases with PTENby immunohistochemistry. Resu Its The expression of PTEN in normal ovarian tissue, benign ovarian epithelial tumors tissues, malignant ovarian epithelial tumors tissues were 90.0. 80.0% and48.28%, respectively. Cone I us i on PTENgene participate in origination and development of ovarian epithelial cancers, and lower expression of PTEN indicat s worse prognosis.
