摘要
对知识员工进行有效激励从而获取长期竞争优势已成为当前以知识为竞争点的许多企业的共识。基于EVA的广泛应用以及知识员工激励的特殊性的分析,EVA作为一种衡量绩效、激励员工的手段,其长期性、系统性激励的特点更能激发知识员工的积极性,通过建立EVA的考核和管理体系、奖励基金和奖金银行等方式能有效激励知识员工,提高企业竞争力。
Encouraging the knowledge employees to get the longterm competitive advantages has become the common recognition of enterprises. By analyzing the application of EVA, the special characteristics of knowledge employees' encouragement, we can find that being a method of judging performance and encouraging employees, the EVA can encourage the enthusiasm of the knowledge employees. So we should set up the examination and management system to encourage employees and improve the enterprises' competitive power.
