摘要
随着商业生态系统理论和实践的不断发展,认识到自身的战略成为缝隙型企业成功的关键之所在。缝隙型企业的战略可以具体体现在定位、取舍、配称三个维度上,所有的缝隙型企业在总体战略上都有一定的共性,不同实力的缝隙型企业在具体战略实施上虽有区别,具有各自的特性,但同样可以体现在这三个方面。
With the development of theories and practices of business ecosystem, it is a key issue that realize their own strategies in the business ecosystem for niche enterprises to get success. Based on the three dimensions of strategy proposed by porter, we can describe the strategy of niche enterprises in three dimensions of direction, choice and equipment. All of niche enterprises have the common characteristics in stratrgy. Different niche enterprises have difference in the strategic implement, which can also embody in three aspects.
