摘要
教师是课程的具体实施者,教师对新课程的理解和态度直接影响课程的具体实施.新课程实施至今已6年,教师对新课程有了一定程度的认识,但不够深刻;在新课程的实施中绝大部分教师能正确认识和使用新教材;教师的教学观发生了显著变化;教师的评价观由单一向多元化转化;教学行为也发生了可喜的改变,但也有顾虑、徘徊;绝大多数教师开始重视自身素质的发展.由于传统教育观念的根深蒂固,使新课程实施受到阻滞.应构建坚实的支持体系;提高教师的专业素质;充分发挥学校的育人功能.推进新课程的实施.
The teacher is the operator of the new courses and their understanding and attitudes have the direct influence on the operation of the subjects. Although they have used the new courses for six years up to now, the teacher can't understand them deeply. In the process of teaching, most teachers can properly recognize and use them; distinct changes have taken place in their view. The concept of the value about teaching has transferred from simplification to diversification. But the view of the traditional teaching still roots in their mind, which hinders the execution of the new courses. In order to promote the new courses, we should build the fundamental supportive system to improve the teachers' capability.
