Operation Mechanism and Construction of the Overall Quality Assurance and Evaluation System——Taking College of Engineering and Technology in Chengdu University of Technology As an Example

高等教育大众化的超常规发展,导致教育资源不足,又缺乏与之配套的保证教育质量机制,从而引发教育质量相对下降.要保证大众化高等教育质量,必须建立质量保证体系和与之配套的行政监控体系.以成都理工大学工程技术学院为例,阐释高校教学质量保证与评估的其运行机制及其建构.

The abnormal development of the popularization of higher education leads to the deficiency of education resources, and the shortage of corresponding educational quality assurance system acids to the comparatively decrease of educational quality. Thus, the quality assurance system and corresponding administrative supervising system must be set up to guarantee the popularization of higher education quality. Taking College of Engineering and Technology in Chengdu University of Technology as an example, educational quality assurance and evaluation this paper elaborates the operation mechanism and the construction of the system in the colleges and universities
