基于MOEMS技术的光开关研究

摘要 微光机电系统(MOEMS)技术是全光网络光开关的关键技术,在光通信器件研究中的应用能极大提高光通信器件的研发水平.为此,主要介绍了MOEMS光开关、国内外MOEMS技术的研究现状及MOEMS光开关的驱动方式,并指出了目前国内MOEMS光开关研究工作中存在的不足,以期对MOEMS光开关的研究者提供参考价值. Micro-Opto-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MOEMS) technology is the all-optical network switch key technology, it will be able to greatly improve the research in optical. The paper introduced MOEMS optical switch, MOEMS technology research at home and abroad and its driving method, and pointed out MOEMS optical switch research gaps at the current domestic. This has a reference value on MOEMS switch.
