摘要
研究了A、B、C三层不对称铁磁膜,并利用界面重标度方法求解了自旋波的低能量子本征问题,得到了自旋波界面模.数值计算表明,当各层自旋相同时,只要各层的交换作用常数JA、JB、JC相差不大,且层间耦合作用常数JAB、JBC相差不太大时,界面处存在界面模,否则,仅在一界面处出现界面模或在表面出现表面模.若各层自旋不相同,则出现界面模的条件为JASA、JBSB、JCSC之间和层间耦合作用常数JAB、JBC之间都相差不太大.
An unsymmetrical ferromagnetic trilayer film is investigated by using the recaling interface method.The quantum eigenproblem is calculated within low energy region.The numerical results show that,if the JA、JB、JC have not many diffevences and neither do JAB、JBC interface modes occur at the interface,or surface modes occur at the surface when trilayer spins are same,othewise,when trilayer spins aren′t same,the conditions of producing the interface modes are JASA、JBSB、JCSC have the little difference and either do JAB、JBC.
