摘要 研究了二苯乙烯荧光蓝-S荧光猝灭测定微量铝(Ⅲ)的实验条件.在pH5.6的六次甲基四胺-HCl的缓冲溶液中,试剂的最大激发波长λex=367mm,最大荧光发射波长λem=467nm;Al(Ⅲ)与试剂生成1∶3的络合物使试剂的荧光强度减弱;利用荧光猝灭法测定微量铝(Ⅲ),线性范围为0~0.6μg/10ml;方法用于测定合金样品中的铝(Ⅲ),结果满意. The conditions of the fluorescence quenching of aluminium (Ⅲ)stilbenefluoblues (2,2′Disulfo4,4′diaminostilbeneN,N,N′,N′tetracetic acid disodium salt,C22H20N2O14S2Na2) system for determining trace amounts of Al(Ⅲ) have been studied.The maximum excitation wavelength of reagent is 367 nm and its maximum emission wavelength is 467 nm in the hexamethyleneteramineHCl buffer solution at pH 5.6.The formation of Al(Ⅲ)stilbenefluoblues complex which lead to the decrease of fluorescence indensity of reagent.The liner relationship is obeyed in the range of 0~0.6 μg/10 ml for Al(Ⅲ).This method has been applied to be determination of trace Al(Ⅲ) in ferrobrass,castcopper alloy and albronze and the relative standard deviation is 3.8%,3.0% and 1.2%,respectively.
