摘要
研究了二苯乙烯荧光蓝-S荧光猝灭测定微量铝(Ⅲ)的实验条件.在pH5.6的六次甲基四胺-HCl的缓冲溶液中,试剂的最大激发波长λex=367mm,最大荧光发射波长λem=467nm;Al(Ⅲ)与试剂生成1∶3的络合物使试剂的荧光强度减弱;利用荧光猝灭法测定微量铝(Ⅲ),线性范围为0~0.6μg/10ml;方法用于测定合金样品中的铝(Ⅲ),结果满意.
The conditions of the fluorescence quenching of aluminium (Ⅲ)stilbenefluoblues (2,2′Disulfo4,4′diaminostilbeneN,N,N′,N′tetracetic acid disodium salt,C22H20N2O14S2Na2) system for determining trace amounts of Al(Ⅲ) have been studied.The maximum excitation wavelength of reagent is 367 nm and its maximum emission wavelength is 467 nm in the hexamethyleneteramineHCl buffer solution at pH 5.6.The formation of Al(Ⅲ)stilbenefluoblues complex which lead to the decrease of fluorescence indensity of reagent.The liner relationship is obeyed in the range of 0~0.6 μg/10 ml for Al(Ⅲ).This method has been applied to be determination of trace Al(Ⅲ) in ferrobrass,castcopper alloy and albronze and the relative standard deviation is 3.8%,3.0% and 1.2%,respectively.
