协商民主若干问题探讨

To Explore a Number of Issues about Deliberative Democracy

20世纪80年代以来,协商民主在西方异军突起,顺应了时代发展潮流。近年来,随着协商民主理论文献资料的大量翻译和出版,在我国学术界也产生了广泛的影响。充分汲取西方协商民主理论与实践中体现出来的基本精神,对于进一步促进我国政党制度和人民政协的完善和发展,不断提高政治协商水平有着重要的启示意义。本文就充分发挥中国特色的协商民主政治功能提出了五点建议。

Since the 80＇s of 20th century, the emergence of deliberative democracy in the West has followed the development trend of the times. In recent years, with being translated and published of a large number of documents on the theory of deliberative democracy, they have also had a wide-ranging implication in the academic community in China. It has important significance to further promote China＇s People＇s Political Consultative Conference and the refinement and development of the party system, constantly improve the level of political consensus by learning the basic spirit reflected of deliberative democracy from the Western theory and practice. In this paper, five-point proposals are put forward to give full play to the political function of deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics.
