重组Pax6腺病毒对神经细胞周期的影响

摘要 目的检测Pax6是否直接调控细胞周期。方法重组Pax6腺病毒转染SH-SY5Y神经细胞系使Pax6过表达,用流式细胞术检测细胞周期变化。结果SH-SY5Y神经细胞系Pax6过表达未影响细胞周期G0/G1、G2/M、S期参数,经统计后与对照组无统计学意义。结论转染重组Pax6腺病毒不影响SH-SY5Y细胞周期。 Objective To explore that whether Pax6 transfection would have any effects on the cell cycle of neural cells. Methods The SH-SY5Y cells by adenovirus expressing Pax6 were transfected, and the DNA contents were determined by flow cytometry. Results The percent of cells in the G0/G1, G2/M and S phase had not changed after Pax6 transfection. Conclusion Overexpression of Pax6 have no significant effect on the cell cycle of SH-SY5Y cells.
