摘要
目的分析HBV感染者外周血各亚群淋巴细胞的变化。方法对112例乙肝患者采用荧光定量PCR技术和流式细胞术分别检测血中HBV-DNA及检测各组外周血T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD3-/CD16+CD56+(NK细胞)、CD3-CD19+(B细胞)表达百分比。结果与急性肝炎组比较,慢性肝炎、肝硬化组CD3、CD4、CD8均有下降(P<0.05),肝硬化组下降最明显。而肝硬化组B细胞百分比较慢性肝炎、急性肝炎组高(P<0.05),NK细胞百分比较慢性肝炎、急性肝炎降低(P<0.01)。结论HBV感染者体内存在T细胞亚群失衡和细胞免疫功能紊乱,外周血T细胞亚群随病情进展而减少,主要为CD3、CD4、CD8。
Objective To analyze the expression of subsets of T cells in peripheral blood in HBV patients. Methods Serum HBV makers were monitored by PCR fluorescent quantification technique. Subsets of T cells,including CD3^+ , CD4^+ , CD8^+ , CD3/CD16^+ CD56^+ , CD3^-CD19^+ cells in peripheral blood of 112 HBV patients were exam- ined and the ratio was statistically analyzed. Flow cytometry was used to detect the peripheral blood T-lymphocytes. Results Compared acute hepatitis with chronic hepatitis and liver sclerosis, the ratios of CD3, CD4, CDS, CD4^+/ CD8 were significantly reduced, particularly in sclerosis. The ratio of B ceils in sclerosis was significantly higher than in chronic and acute hepatitis. NK cells in sclerosis tended to decrease but not statistically significant. Conclusion There is a imbalance of subsets of T ceils and disturbance of cell immune function. As the disease develops, subsets of T cells, mainly CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4 ^+/CD8 T cells tend to decrease.
