着重讨论了9科32种植物叶绿体DNA种内多样化。
The intraspecific diversification of chloroplast DNA (cpDNA) from 32 species of 9 families is reviewed and the relatively common intraspecific cpDNA variation in the angiosperm is confirmed in the paper. Furthermore, possible genetic basis and implications of the intraspecific cpDNA variation are mostly discussed. The plastid biparental inheritance, uni and biparental combined inheritance in a species, mutation caused by environmental factors, introgression and exchange between cpDNA and mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) may be the genetic basis for the intraspecific cpDNA variation.
