摘要
针对赤天化脱硫分厂配气站原料天然气水洗除尘能耗高,环境影响大进行技术改造,采用三件卡箍式快开盲板过滤分离器代替原水洗除尘工艺。改造后装置运行情况良好,不影响脱硫效率,节能效果明显。
Aim at resolving high energy expenditure and environment influence in water - washing dedusting of raw natural gas in Chitianhua desulfurizing distribution station, technical improvement has been processed by using filtrating separator of quick - opening blind plate with three - clamping stirrups to replace water -washing craftwork. After improvement, operating status of device is good, desulfurizing efficiency is uninfluenced and energy saving effect is obvious.
