摘要
首次采用铬簇合物[Cr3O(OOCCH3)6(OH2)3]C1·6H2O(简记为CrZ)作交联剂,制备交联蒙脱石多孔材料.通过XRD,IR和比表面及吸氨量测定等方法,研究交联蒙脱石多孔材料的物理化学性质.结果表明,由CrZ制成的交联蒙脱石的层间距(d001)达1.55nm,层间开孔达0.6nm,比表面129m2·g-1;高温(450~550℃)焙烧后,CrZ相变成α-Cr2O3,在蒙脱石的层间呈单分子层状态.
Porous material of crosslinked montmorillonite is prepared for the first time by adopting chromium cluster compound [Cr3O(OOCCH3)6(OH2)3]Cl·6H2O, namely CrZ, as crosslinking agent. Its physical and chemical properties are studied by Xray diffraction, infrared analysis, specific surface and ammonia adsorption measurement. It shows an interlayer space (d001)up to 1.55 nm, interlayer pore up to 0.60 nm, and specific surface of 129 m2·g-1.After calcinating at high temperature between 450 ℃ and 550 ℃,CrZ becomes αCr2O3; and the interlayer of montmorillonite shows the state of single molecular layer.
