摘要
以巴西香蕉幼苗为材料,研究了热激处理对香蕉幼苗抗冷性的影响。结果表明,经过42℃、2 h热激处理的香蕉幼苗抗冷性明显提高,其细胞质膜透性、MDA含量低于对照,而可溶性蛋白含量和SOD活性与对照相比均保持在较高水平。
The seedling of Musa AAA cavenclish var. brasil was used to study the effect of heat shock treatment on the chilling resistance of banana seedling. The results indicated that the chilling resistance of banana seedling increased obviously by heat shock under 42℃ for 2 h. The cell membrane permeability and MDA content of heat-shock banana seedling were lower than the control, while the soluble protein content and SOD activity were maintain high level compared with control.
